What to do when there is a problem
Follow these easy steps to troubleshoot your problem

Make sure the white light on the black or white adaptor is on.
If it’s on turn it off for 10 seconds and on again.
The antenna takes approximately 2 minutes to come back, if it doesn’t please call us.

The ethernet cable coming from the adaptor plugs into the WAN port (usually blue).
If your router is not on, check the plug or the thin black cable that should be plugged in the back of it.
If your device is not “connected” to UNIVERSALNET then reboot the router by unplugging the slim black cable from the back, wait 10 seconds and then plugging it back in.
